Here’s the scoop — 5 youth project members work with NYU MFA Music Theatre Writing candidates & music director Avi Amon to make their own original songs. And I’m one of the lucky folks who gets to sing some of them!

  • FALL 2019: Andrea is a teaching artist with Classic Stage Company/Manhattan Youth. The kids are working on and will be performing Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream!

  • OCT: Performed set of original slam poetry as part of Symphonics Live at Bowery Poetry Club, hosted by poet/actor Shawn Randall.

  • OCT: Participated in The Creative Leadership Lab with Fresh Ground Pepper, led by Kristine Haruna Lee, Andrew Scoville, and Jaclyn Backhaus.

  • SEPT: Played Oro in a workshop of La Paloma Prisoner by Raquel Almazan, directed by Estefanía Fadul.

  • SEPT: Played Iras in Back Room Shakespeare’s Antony & Cleopatra.
